We provide several sizes of locked collection consoles. The paper contents are returned to Calgary Archives, shredded and recycled. For added privacy, Calgary Archives’ bonded staff may use unmarked cars. We guarantee satisfaction of your shredding from start to finish, and provide you with a Certificate of Destruction.
Services
We provide the following shredding services:
- Cartons currently in storage at Calgary Archives or your offices
- On Demand Services – when your locked collection console is full, contact us, and our bonded staff will remove the contents and replace the container with an empty one.
- Scheduled Rotation Services – set up a pre-determined rotation of your consoles, such as weekly, monthly, etc. Our staff will come to your offices as schedule and service your consoles for you.
