A Certificate of Controlled Goods, issued by the Government of Canada, enables us to store sensitive data such as might be required by the Department of National Defense or the RCMP.
As the security of your records is our priority, our bonded staff and escorted visitors are the only groups given access to the Records Centre. We have monitored sensors and trained security staff who respond to any emergency.
Every container in our Records Centre is assigned a unique bar-code, identifying the client and carton number. As your carton is placed into storage, staff with handheld scanners match each container with its storage location. Our warehouse management database then tracks the specific location of every container for efficient future access.
